This song is the ground beneath the album Perfectly Imperfect – the place where nothing needed to be fixed or pushed away.
It holds the understanding that I am not the waves of my experience, but the ocean that allows them to rise and fall.
That everything can move – emotions, sensations, seasons – without taking away my wholeness.
Harmony was born in a period of deep quiet, when I stopped engaging with the outside world and let my body speak and unwind.
It is not about acceptance as endurance, but about allowing life to move through me with softness and trust.
This song doesn’t ask for change.
