While holding space for a child who couldn’t settle, I realised how rarely we are allowed to take our time – to be restless, emotional, or unsure – without being rushed, corrected, or fixed.
Take Your Time, My Love is the voice I once needed.
A voice that doesn’t demand clarity or strength.
A voice that simply stays.
The song is a gentle offering to my inner child – and to anyone who never learned how to rest inside someone else’s presence.
