For months I’ve been quiet.

Not gone – just listening closely. To my body, to my nervous system, to life as it gently dismantled old identities to make space for something new.

I didn’t plan to write this book.

It arrived in a moment when I had no answers, no direction, and no idea that my whole inner landscape was about to shift.
It is the place I began – before the unraveling, before the shedding, before the deep rewiring that has been happening in me this past year.

This book isn’t polished wisdom.
It’s a doorway.
A breadcrumb.
A first step into a process that is still unfolding.

If you’ve been following my journey, you know I’ve been walking through a long season of letting go – of identities, of coping patterns, of old survival strategies, of everything I used to rely on.
And somehow, through all of it, this little book remained steady.
A map of the moment my heart opened just enough to say: “Okay life… I’m willing. Show me.”

I’m sharing it now – not because my process is finished, but because my process has finally become quiet enough to speak.
